Spring has sprung!

We made it through another winter!! Yeah us!!

It's no secret that Doug and I are definitely summer type of people. That's okay, takes all kinds. That is the main reason for our love of traveling to Mexico in the winter months. Of course, this year is our "hiatus" so Mexico will have to be okay without us for this year.

Not much has gone on here. We've been out getting in as many steps as possible.

Our local duck pond park, just up the street.

White Rock beach, just down the hill
from where we live.

Taken from the end of the pier in White Rock.
That is Mt Baker in the distance on the
right of the flag pole.

A lovely dinner out at our friends, Bob & Danna
in New Westminster (about 30 minutes from us).
This is the mighty Fraser River. Beautiful sunset.

Went down to our other local beach, Crescent Beach,
10 minute drive away, for picnic dinner one night.
A little sea glass hunting and maybe some wine.

Lovely wine transporter from my sister, Sue.
Thanks sis!!

Must be time to leave!

We all know the "see ya later alligator" but here
are a host of others. Thanks to one of
Josh & Kathy's neighbours!

Not much else happening and I really hate saying that more than once but it is true. We are really looking forward to our first, upcoming camping trip in mid-May. Doug has a small "to-do" list for Eurii. Nothing major just a few maintenance things. Even Eurii is looking forward to doing something!

So, I guess that's it for me. I hope everyone is doing well.

Peace out friends!
